Planned Parenthood - Dickinson Health Center - Close

I would give a zero if it were possible. Not only was the staff not helpful or knowledgeable... But they also charge me $70 for a urine pregnancy test when I specifically asked for the blood test. When I told them this they told me I would have to pay another $70 for the blood test. This place is crooked and is just trying to take your money. I could have taken the same test at home for under $10!

My appointment was booked with ease and the representative took time to answer any and all questions I had. Just like any doctors visit you may have to wait a little past your appointment time but I was never left in the dark while waiting. Staff at the clinic was friendly, caring and made me feel comfortable.

They don't even deserve 1 star, I was there since 1:30 and didn't leave until 6pm what kind of a doctor does that I understand it taking nothing more than 2 hours but 5 hrs ? That's just poor kept asking the lady if I was next due to how long I've been waiting and all she kept telling me was that I was next.. Poor attitude, poor customer service poor overall everywhere. Never will I go there again!
