Bad service by Assistant Manager Kaloua Oilidia. Walked in to get general Information. If looks could kill. The Arab lady at the front desk looked angry and upset to be there. In a cold manner snapped, and said how can I help you? Such a bad facial expression I just walked over to tellers to get help instead. I did not complain to the tellers, I just asked who that lady was. The teller said she is our assistant branch manager. The teller even looked afraid just to mention her name. Must be horrifying to work there. On my way out saw her standing in the lobby looking down at her cell phone. Nice 5.9 inch high heels though, looked like she was going to dance down town. Not professional , did not feel welcome. Who hires those people.

Super horrible service. Tried to get a home loan and nobody wanted to work talked to the Mortgage VP and she blamed me for her employee’s not doing their job. Now I’m homeless thanks to those incompetence and have to find another bank. And start the process all over. Thanks Doris Bernal, Lorenzo and Addy who helped make me and my family homeless due to their laziness. Don’t worry guys it’s our fault like you said. I should have pushed you harder and gave you more than 2 months. So again thank you Firstlight for employing lazy people who don’t want to work but want to make disabled Veterans and their families homeless.

This bank all the time have TECHNICAL DIFICULTIES with its APP and website that is a stupidity because if they make around 150,000.00 for every 1,000.00 dollars deposited on 1000 people's accounts just to say a number , is incredible to experience issues with its poor system . I think would be a good idea to start saving my money inside my mattress.

They can send you dozens of emails asking you to support their charities or advertising their services, but actual communications about your statements are hit or miss, and they don't bother to communicate when they are draining you dry with their fees at all. Was told "You haven't used this account in a long time." Well no kidding, there's been this little thing called a global pandemic going on you wet sock.
