This branch is always having issues with everything I do not recommend it go the the northeast or eastside for better service

I dont not recommend this credit union at all i only had them a year they charge for everything ! There credit card is through a third party so if you need a new one sent your gonna struggle they charge me twice two have them sent to me the first one never arrived the second time They didnt disclose someone had to be home to recieve it the third time took me 2 two hours to speak to someone in reguards to some charges i had on the card they didnt even file the claim nor did it right the second time so i ended up having to pay for charges that wornt made by me. At one point i was a victim of identity theft and fraud they never did anything to help fix it nor everytime i called sounded like they didnt cared they were more worried about closing my account because it had barley been two weeks since i had used my account..they closed it after the third week even thou i paid everything on time with them always had money in my accounts they closed the accounts and charged them off because everytime i tried to call to pay my accounts i get hung up on and they charge 15 dollars to pay through the phone and when i tried to seek help on what i could do or was looking for help they sound like they dont care and when no one can answer my questions on why they were continuing to charge intress even thou everytime i call to try resolve the matter i get hung up on me and the accounts are charged off because some how i went from oweing 900 dollars to 5400 if you go into the bank its worse they say the person you need to speak to is never there i never got any help i really would seek other options before doing anything or opening any accounts with this facility there saying is your business is our business they need to change that saying because they dont live by it

Sylvia helped my husband and I open a business account and she was amazing! She was very thorough throughout the entire process and her guidance was excellent. We couldnt have been happier.

I love the fact you still have bank tellers that are knowledgeable & very professional and your face to face talking to a human being!! Im thinking of closing out my regular bank that weve had for the past forty years & change everything over to First Light! Your banking hours are much more conducive to working class people!
