Wound up here due to the Southwest debacle. This is a nice hotel. It costs a bit more but you get a bit more. Everything is an elevated experience at this hotel. Yes they have free breakfast and many places do, but this breakfast is actually good. They have breakfast bowls and yummy breakfast sandwiches. We had to turn in our rental car and Nathan and Letty both got us where we needed to go. They have free shuttle service to nearby places. We used the service to get picked up after returning our rental car and we got dropped off at the airport. Yes! Great place and people! Thank you Nathan and Letty! You rock!

The rooms are super spacious. Hotel is also very centrally located and you have a shopping mall just a couple of blocks away.Perhaps the only thing that might require improvement is the fact that a lot of the walls in the lobby and halls are all scratched up

Major thanks to Jesse and his entire staff for an amazing stay. They helped me get to the store with their complimentary shuttle, helped me with any questions I had, and were super friendly. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities you could ever hope for. Really appreciate Jesse and his staff going above and beyond. Thank you!

The closest El Paso has come to an ideal hotel is so far the Candlewood all the way north on 54.  Forget the Homewood.  It's hopeless.  Fairfield has tiny rooms.  Comfort Inn I-10 only has computing space for one with a bizarre reservation system that can't process sequential stays.  Home2Suites actually represents for the Hiltons of ELP.    It must be fairly new construction because it's modern from the ground up.  Everything is early 2010's at the latest from the Roman style seating in the lobby, frosted glass and a proclivity for open air spaces filled with the blazing Texas sun.  The room we stayed in was surprisingly galley style.  You walk in past the kitchenette which has everything you need *except* for a stove to cook on.  I enjoy cooking and stoves are a hotel rarity that would feel very welcome here since it features a full size frig, microwave, dishwasher, sink and plates / glasses / utensils.  I spend a fair amount of time in cities far from Torrance, but I find myself helplessly drawn towards grocery stores more than restaurants.  It's nice when I can indulge my tendencies.  :)  If you happen to make it up early enough, they have a limited breakfast service during the week.  I didn't take any but I saw a waffle maker, 3 types of cereal labeled according to nutrition, pastries and little breakfast sandwiches.  They scattered a variety of light sources around the room.  Next to the fabric wall closet, on the set of desks that frame the TV hutch, next to the bed, the floor and the couch.  None of them were identical and mostly controlled by switches but some via the master switch near the entrance.  You shouldn't have an issue finding the exact light level that pleases you.  One of the desks (both are wall mounted) has a movable desk surface beneath it that you scan use as a keyboard rest, extra workspace or for an entire separate desk.  I used it to sit on the bed and compute since they only offer one office chair.  Hotel staff at the front counter have been hit or miss for me on my 5 or 6 visits to ELP.  Alex was really helpful and nice on check-in but the girl who manned it on check-out appeared to be dreaming about clock-out time.  Next time I'll be using the Hilton app because this is a solid choice if it's in your business budget and they happen to have open rooms.  I would have extended person time to this one, but it was already booked!

Have had nice stays in the past here  but this trio was horrible.  Room smelled like dog hair and dog urine.  Unable to move me because hotel was full but did attempt unsuccessfully to clean the room of its smell.  Air conditioning also broken and had trouble sleeping because it was so hot.  Called corporate to complain and spoke with someone from the Philippines who didn't understand what I was saying and kept asking if I need to make a new reservation. Bye Hilton and hello Marriott.
