        We were a customer of this firm for several years, all was good and great up until we switched insurance. After calling to request a cancelation, I assumed (BIG MISTAKE) that the coverage would terminate at the end of the monthly cycle. As a customer, this is why you rely on the professionals. The rep automatically assumed that I wanted an immediate cancelation. No questions asked, nothing. Now, maybe it's my fault for not doing my research or being an expert in the subject matter, but isn't that their job? As a result I was uninsured, lost a discount on my new premium and had to pay a substantial fee to begin immediate coverage.
