Worse Insurance ever, please do yourself a favor and don’t sign up for this. It’s inexpensive because it is horrible…. If you ever have to use it. Customer service phone line is a joke 1-2 hr wait times at least. They don’t help if you really get sick or in hospital. Not even 1 star

Edit!! I canceled! No actually I canceled my debit card so they couldn't take anymore money! I got a call immediately of course. BADDDD COMPANY. STEER CLEAR!@!Brand new client and I'm ready to cancel already. Waste of my time and money. Poor customer service. Thumbs down 👎

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. It literally says on the first page of the packet they send you that this will not cover the cost of most hospital and other medical services. Trust me don’t waste your time. It’s a joke. I did not follow through with all of the application process and had no intention to after reading up on the company but they moved forward with my policy even without the required signatures.

I couldn't afford the government "unaffordable" care so chose this. Wasn't optimistic but knew at least I'd have coverage if hospitalized for any reason. Had an unfortunate back fracture very soon after getting this insurance and it has paid promptly for scans office visits, etc. I highly recommend this company!
