    Had major issues with our last CC provider and Chad has been phenomenal in helping us get a merchant service we can trust. he has also gone above and beyond to ensure we get the support we need to operate our small business knowing the important issues are taken care of without behind the scenes needed micro management.     I am the owner of a retail store in north MS. The bad experience continues months after they stopped processing for us without warning and canceling our account instead of fixing their issue forcing us to find a new POS system and processing company on short notice. (The new company showed us how poor service from JBS really is) Now they are still billing us a monthly fee and will not respond to emails or phone calls asking them to stop. From selling me equipment other than what I asked for to never sending an account rep to us no matter how many times we asked, they never provided customer service. There is even a man named Ron that asked if he needed to cancel my account instead of provide customer service early in our 2 year relationship. Now after cancellation by their choice in January, because they could not provide service to me in a reasonable manor, they refuse to stop charging us and ignoring us. Make them prove they fixed these issues before signing up. Good luck. The point of sale customer service was always outstanding. Thats why this is not a one star review.

    I am the owner of The Singing Chef Cafe. I had a rep come and sell me a product two years ago and I thought about it because I trusted the rep. After two years of searching on my own, I decided to go with Journey Business Solutions. Not only did they have a completely Disorganized process of getting on board. They ignored me for over a month and a half while equipment sat in my restaurant waiting to be installed and used. After nearly 2 months they came and installed the equipment with no tutorial, and I begin using the payment processing service and processed $113 just to test it out after receiving a withdrawal from my account that was unauthorized from , the merchant provider. They took $113 from my business and never gave it back. They also debited the cost of the equipment even though I was provided no service no experience or information. I literally was thrown a piece of equipment and left on an island. The communication is subpar. The owner did contact me to try to resolve the situation however, stop responding to my text messages and my rep Dylan Alexander also stopped responding to me. If anyone has any questions, I would advise you to call The Singing Chef Cafe and I will gladly walk you through what exactly happened to me because this is fraud and they shouldnt be allowed to do this. Here I am supposed to have been a customer since late November early December and it is approaching March and I have done nothing but pay them $340 and have received nothing back , this is a terribly ran company, and I will gladly explain why you shouldnt use this company to anybody who would like to discuss.
