I was driving by and this place caught my eye, so I pulled in to take a look at a Christmas tree. What I thought was another customer, as she was walking around with 3 small children, must have been the spouse of an employee. She yelled at me that they were closed. I said that I was sorry and had no idea, because the gate and that I was just looking at the price of the Christmas tree that I was right next to. She said again Well, they are closed, in a very ugly tone so I returned to my car to go buy a tree elsewhere.

I recently dealt with both Bryan and Ed, owners of the nursery, high caliber people that did exactly what they told me theyd do. Purchased some trees from Landscape Systems Garden Center and got the right trees for the right price. I am very pleased customer!

Refuses to honor their policy. We have purchased 10 trees, dozens of bushes, and other smaller plants from this place. We paid 1.5x the tree sales price to get it delivered, planted and insured for the next 6 months. Should have asked for their insurance policy in writing because they dont have the integrity to back it up. Our last tree purchase was a Nellie Steve Holly in March, 2022. We watered it according to their recommendation. When it was showing signs of decay we sent them an email with photos within the 6 months of purchase and got no response. Followed up on email with no response. We visited in person 3 times meeting with various people (Brian, Tonya, and others) with no action. At one visit they even had us fill out a complaint form that went nowhere. After multiple calls and me basically telling them if they were going to honor their own policy or just continue to waste our time and blow us off they sent Nathan to look at our tree in October (mind you I had to tell them I would stay on hold than to wait for a call back to get them to send someone that same afternoon). Nathan was polite but we understood that it wasnt his call on what the owner and managers would do about it. This place has lost my business forever. Dont let them waste your time, too.
