The water issues (water out for days on end, no hot water, etc.) have been a problem at this complex for years. They're never going to fix it. It is also a code enforcement issue, so call 311 to report it every time it happens. Also, failure to provide working water or AC is a violation of the lease agreement, meaning you can break your lease. You should not be paying rent for days they failed to provide a habitable apartment. There are several complexes in a 1-3 mile radius that are much nicer for the same price.

This apartment is horrible…I have not had proper working ac all summer long and maintenance doesn’t do anything to help me but ignore my maintenance requests and the office is horrible on communication. I have been going in circle for the past almost 3 months trying to get my ac fixed and nothing has ever happened to get it properly fixed…fed up with this apartment and WILL NOT resign my lease to live here EVER AGAIN….

This is unacceptable! I have not had hot water for the past MONTH! I have reached out to the managers on multiple occasions and they solve NOTHING! The conditions here are not livable, I received a “coupon” that apparently helps out but only $150?? Off? Hilarious. I spend that much on hotels for 2 days to just get hot water. This community is unorganized and terrible. I need the rent off the whole month for not being able to properly live here and not just $150. What a joke, don’t move here, please, go somewhere else. I can’t wait for my lease to be over

I wish I could give this place a 0 because the hot water is out and I can't laundry my clothes and I have to go friends house to do that. Worst place to move.

Giving 1 star because I cannot give 0. My car has been broken into TWICE in the last 90 days. As others have stated, there has been ongoing issues with the water for the past 10 months that we have lived here. Not a month has gone by that the water has not been shut off for repairs, often for days at a time. And even when the water is "working" the temperature is never consistent in our showers. The issue has been brought up to maintenance on several occasions and still has not been addressed. The mailboxes have been vandalized. There are ants ALL OVER the property. And people play basketball beyond the posted hours almost every single night. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
