AT&T Store

This is the store I often visit. However today I had some challenges with my trade in and Roberto the rep didn't stop until he got me sorted out. He is so efficient and professional. I am so appreciative of his help today. He even went the distance of contacting the district manager Dallas Burnside who instantaneously said he can help me. Five star to you guys and much blessings

Stopped in to AT&T for what I thought would be an all day affair. Roberto made the experience not just easy but quick! His knowledge and willingness to help made this a great experience - Ill definitely be back to this store if needed and will hope Roberto is working. First class service!

Roberto A. was so amazing!! His customer service was excellent and he was extremely helpful. He listened to my phone related problems and helped me out a bunch! Not only did he replace my sim-chip, he also replaces my phone screen protector. This was probably the best phone-screen protector application Ive ever gotten. We really appreciate all that you do Roberto, and we will definitely come back and see you for any other phone-related issues!!

Just had the most amazing experience with an associate by the name of Roberto. My day started with me losing my iPhone outta ny truck window onto 281 I panicked all day without my phone I called your store and from the jump Roberto was my AT&T Angel Ive had AT&T as my carrier for more than 15 years and Ive had good bad and even ugly times with my AT&T relationship. I can tell you right now that he has forever restored my faith in AT&T. If only every AT&T associate were as accommodating as knowledgeable as patient and as warm hearted as Roberto Im confident that no one would ever switch to another Carrier. Roberto helped to ease my anxiety, educated me on my selection he remained an hour after closing time and when I left I left there as an AT&T customer for life!! Ive been in recruiting and executive placement and let me say that hes the one you dont want to let get away I would hold onto Roberto at any cost. Amazing young man!!!
