Absolutely amazing staff. AnnaLisa, the retail manager, was very helpful to us in regards to switching over to T-Mobile and upgrading our phones. She answered every question we had, and clarified any inquiries or concerns we had about anything at all. 10/10 service, I hope this location stays around for a while.

I wanted to buy a new phone. There were 2 employees there, one male and one female, and 1 customer being helped. The male stepped up to me and I told him I had a t-mobile account and wanted to buy a new phone. He was apparently new, every question I asked he had to go to the female to find out what to do and this took a long time as she was helping someone else. He didn't know how to speak to customers and he came off as rude. I decided on the phone I wanted and tried to buy it but he couldn't help me, I had to wait for the woman, eventually I left. There might as well have been only one person working. Most disappointing t-mobile experience ever.
