      image I purchased carpet and vinyl planks to remodel our mobile home. The carpet they were replacing was 18 yrs old. They had the carpet almost completely down before we noticed that they had not replaced the original pad! Claiming this was an "oversight" and it hadn't been on their order the installers had to rip up the carpet and replace it the next day. The installers were very sloppy and didn't even bother to clean their muddy footprints off the new floor before they left. They scarred up the new molding when they nailed it down. We called and complained and they had to send someone else out to clean up the mess and paint the scuff marks on the molding. I was going to have them install some carpet in my house but I will find someone else to do it now.
