Sam, was the most knowledgeable and professional salesman ever. He was very nice man and very patients I was there after the store close and he stayed there the entire time to make sure that my phone was working well and that I was happy I highly recommend anyone needing a cell phone to go to this store and this store only ask for Sam. You want a good cell phone , and a good plan and someone who's patient and cares about what your needs are you look no farther Sam's ,the man!

This was an amazing experience the fat technician had me rolling on the ground laughing while he was assisting. The other Hispanic technician was very helpful with knowledge. I hope that tmobile keeps them through this takeover, that is the only reason I go there

Don't buy a new phone from this place because if you need a repair they won't order the parts to fix it. Instead they will use your insurance and charge you 300$ for a 30$ screen repair.
