I am very unhappy and disappointed, the tech showed up, charge $370, did not fix the problem, and left a mess. also quoted me $700 more to do additional work that may fix the problem. when I called the office and asked to speak to the manager (Michael) to get more info, the lady on the phone was very short, repeated the $700 price quote, and dismissed me. she said will have the tech calls me to explain, not even entertained my request to speak to the manager.
Do not make my mistake. and hire them in Waco area. Note: I did not try their service anywhere else other than Waco, TX Service: Drain unblocking

Bill (if the name is wrong, I'll update my review) was great and timely. We only had to wait 45 minutes for him to get there by 8:45 a.m. He was quick & clean, fixing our toilet on the day of my son's 4th birthday party! We've never had it stop up that bad and of all days! We laughed, we cried. You have to laugh in a situation like that & we cried because I found coupons on their website , after the fact. Thanks for the good service. ~ Your $hitty little friends in McGregor!
