Excellent rates compared to others. The local based customer service is excellent where they know your name and you're not treated like a number. I've been with Hochheim since I turned 16 now 43.

No one answered phone during the business hours. Had to leave a message. No one called before 5 or 6pm. The next day about 7:30pm someone called me. I was preparing to serve dinner and it was a bad time to talk. She said she would call back but never did.

Not a very good start for this insurance they will not talk with my contractors on the job that needs to be done and they go by a computer program that is not up to date withm the cost of materials
