I have had and extremely poor experience with this agent and would recommend you use any one but them. Being a long term State Farm client I have been very disappointed with how they have handled my accounts transfer from another state which has never been an issue in past moves with State Farm.
Any time I have called, I have had to leave a message and it takes repeated call and messages over several weeks before I hear anything back from them. This was a major issue when I was purchasing a house and my mortgage broker have having trouble reaching them as well. This left us scrambling to get thing done in time for closing.
I have also had issues with the information they have provided to me often giving me misleading or incomplete information.
