I called to send flowers to my Mother in Law for her Birthday. The person who answered the call was delightful and very helpful. When I requested a picture of the flowers sent, he text me a picture. I would recommend this flower shop!

Cannot say enough good about this shop! Outstanding customer service. I called extremely last minute (as a fellow small biz owner I should know better!) & the young man I spoke to moved heaven and earth to deliver my florals same day. He was understaffed that day and couldve easily turned me away, but instead was so accommodating and had a great attitude about it. I know I was being a hassle with such a last min request on an already busy day for this shop, but he made me feel like it was no problem at all. Flowers were delivered on time and made the perfect surprise for a loved one. Will definitely use again should I ever need florals in the Heber area!
