I started talking with Jon about financing to purchase a company. Jon was easy to get in touch with and always responded to my texts and emails. I ended up not purchasing the company because the companies financials didn't justify the price that was being asked and the seller did not want to lower the price to where it worked for me. Jon was straight forward about the concerns he had with getting financing and he explained his concerns in an easy to understand way. His concerns were along the same lines of my concerns. I have used Jon to purchase an Investment property for myself, and I have referred him to several of my clients to use as well.
