Jim Soriano - State Farm Insurance Agent

Jim and Jazmin are always right there when I need to change or add something to my policy! They have have been so easy to work with and are always looking to get me the best deal. I am going on a year of using their services for both home and auto insurance. Highly recommended!

Jazmin Burlett was very responsive and professional with assisting me and my insurance needs. She is still always available when I have questions or concerns, I appreciate being able to speak with local agents versus a robot. I joined State Farm a few years ago after having a few tickets on my record, Jazmin was able to find me the lowest rate around, and it has continued to decrease since joining. She has also been able to bundle my renters insurance as well as my motorcycle insurance for very little increase, and if I remember correctly it may have even DECREASED my total monthly! State Farm in general just has exceptional service and answers to concerns are always addressed promptly. I can't think of a reason why I would ever switch!

Owning a landscaping business means lots of insurance. I had been dealing with other insurance agencies for years, and felt as though I was just a number to them. After I switched to Jim Soriano, things changed. Jazmin goes above and beyond, making my insurance needs simple and easy, taking a lot of stress out of my day. She makes insuring my new equipment as easy as telling her I bought it, and she does all the rest, no hassle. I truly feel as though I am part of the Statefarm family with these two! I will be a lifelong customer for sure. Highly recommended.
