    This is a predator lending agency. I recommend not using Allied cash. Once you fulfill your obligation they to tac a $185 service charge fee. The attended promise me when I made the last payment all debt was paid in full and the was closed but yet I received bill $775 all service fees.

    I have been using this company since the beginning of October 2019. I have paid over the phone a couple of times and the first time that I made a payment via phone..I didn't receive an approval code. I processed this request with Cameron an employee at Allied. At any rate, I was informed that I hadn't made my payment but in fact I did. I came into the office and paid an additional payment. I have been timely with my payments, but this place has some incompetent people employed there. I don't appreciate receiving texts messages regarding nonconformance when I am in compliance. Generally, my payments are made earlier than the due date. I contacted my financial institution today and spoke with a representative and was informed that my account reflected that whomever the processor at Allied was attempted to put the request through twice. I was also informed that the request processed the first time, but that the employee of Allied tried again. IS THIS AN ATTEMPT TO STEAL? In addition, I received a text today stating that my payment hadn't been received. Is this poor administrative procedures or is this finagling of my account. I wonder if their corporate management is aware that there are unprofessional, dishonest and rude individuals who are shirking their responsibilities. A customer has the right to safety, to be heard and informed. It is my belief that my rights as a customer have been violated. In addition, I actually gave one of the employees a couple of monetary gifts because initially I embraced the services rendered. The services rendered are wanting. It is my belief as I expressed last month to an employee that customer training and other specialized training should be a part of their core competencies.
