I ordered online from overseas for my Aunt who's unwell. You never know who to trust these days. Thanks to all the reviews I managed to order for her and she received a beautiful arrangement and on time too! Thanks definitely would order again!

This florist is beyond great!!! I would recommend them for any floral arrangements. Alex and his team is awesome and very pleasant. I called the store and spoke with Alex around 3pm and asked for same day. He took my orders over the phone, made sure the flowers delivered within few hours and sent me a text after the delivery. I have never experienced such exceptional service anywhere.

Wonderful service. Very easy website to order. Flowers were amazing and same as the pictures. I ordered for my sister to surprise her and she was very happy. Arrived on time. Totally recommend. I forgot to say I am almost on the other side of the planet and they made my dream to surprise my sister come true.

I was in the area and wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. Maps told me this was the nearest shop. There were lovely plants decorating the entrance. I stepped in and saw some stunning arrangements. The flowers were perfectly bloomed and very healthy and strong looking. They looked as though they will last a long time. I asked the owner if he could put together an arrangement for me. They began working on it right away. He was thankful for the walk in business, and very helpful and polite. I waited a few minutes and returned asking if he could deliver them. He set everything up, and even recommended a very nice coffee and pastry shop, and a good place for wings and beer. He was kind enough to write down these places for me. So polite, friendly and helpful. I headed home. By the time i arrived home, about a ten minute drive, my girlfriend messaged me thanking me for the beautiful arrangement. Shortly after the shop text me informing that they had been delivered. They were so kind and appreciative of business that they included a box of truffles. Im so happy i found this place with such outstanding business. I will definitely come here every time i want to make my girls day much more special. She keeps the flowers at her workplace to enjoy while she is there. It has been nearly week and everything still looks healthy and strong. From the pictures she sent they did an amazing job. She said it was such a big and beautiful bouquet. Thank you all so very much again. You will have me as a customer from now on. ***Im editing this post a week after the delivery. Wow! She sent a picture from her work today. The flowers blossomed so big and beautiful! She only kept them watered and they are so healthy and brighter and fuller than i could have imagined! I was at first very impressed, but now im speechless. Alex and Sylvia, I cannot thank you enough! I hoped to brighten her day at work, but you have made sure everyday from start to finish in her office she looks over and cant help but smile and feel special. From the looks of things, there are still more to bloom. Ive never seen such healthy and stunning flowers that last and last well beyond what i had expected. Definitely a customer from now on, Im so impressed. Thank you so so much. Chantilly Flowers has such a positive impact on my relationship. You have made her work life so bright and our evenings start out with happiness and smiles! Outstanding product, outstanding job, outstanding service, masters of your trade.
