        Kristin is hands down the best! I went in to look at an apartment & Kristin (the manager) assisted us with doing so. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all our questions! Might I add, she has the most spirited energy! 10/10 recommend

        Shervon and brandy are the best they help me with all my needs if it wasnt for them I would be looking at another apartment complex. Thank you guys !!!

        This could be a good community but it needs a lot of improvement. Theres poor communication with the office. Many emails and voicemails go unanswered. The trash compactor and recycling bins are often overflowing and trash bins around the complex go unchecked. Rent has gone up without any noticeable improvements to the property.

        I had the opportunity to take a tour of the property as I am narrowing down my next choice of living spaces in the Richmond/Midlothian area. I was pleasantly greeted by Brandi on the day I stopped by to get information and tour the property. The experience was nothing less than exceptional from the beginning to the end. I was able to tour the model and clubhouse of the property and was informed of the added amenities such as a car wash area and available garage parking options during my tour. Brandi was able to answer all of my questions without missing a beat. Thanks to the professionalism of the staff and the appearance of the property The Belvedere has definitely made my short list of properties for a future move.
