Cloverleaf Lake

I visited the leasing office today and was met with the most friendly service I've encountered in ages! Both Charles and Mary were helpful and just really pleasant people. I would absolutely recommend this community.

So, today I went to do a tour and Ms.Mary was exceptional. She was very inviting and sweet. She eased all of my concerns and reassured me of everything I had worries about. Out of all the places I've looked at so far Ms. Mary had the best responses and she understood the assignment. Her vibes were very good and the neighborhood looked great. I actually cruised the neighborhood at night on the weekends to see the vibe and I love that I saw elderly people as well as young people. The mixture of ethnicities were nice to see as well. There were not anything that I consider a NO in my opinion.I am definitely planning to move here and I hope all my expectations I've seen continue to be great after I move in. P.D I only gave 4 stars because I have not moved in yet so I can't give an opinion of actually living there. **Update** I was told by Charles that I was denied due to having a credit score of 490, however when I checked my credit scores all 4 different platforms they were all over 535. Sucks because I was looking forward to moving there but I will try my luck elsewhere that hopefully has an accurate credit check. It was 4 stars but I had to take away from them due to the inaccurate credit report.

Love it here ! The lake view is peaceful and the office staff is super nice !!! Whenever I have any maintenance issue, they are here that day very professional nice environment for my kids!

I lived here for ten years, my kids , sisters. I moved out and 8 years later moved back in. The best thing is Mrs. Wilson her customer service skills are excellent!
