I called first to find out if they had wool carpeting, not because I wanted it but because I felt that if the store sold wool carpet I would be experience a purveyor of carpeting that understood good quality.  As It turns out, I actually did buy wool carpet and every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations.  Their product was stellar, the carpet arrived sooner than expected and the installation, which was challenging due to some existing cabinetry, was performed expertly. We noticed one minor problem shortly after they left and they literally turned their vehicles around, drive back and addressed the installation oversight immediately. Great product, great service, wonderful people. I recommend this family owned company that has been in operation for decades, without reservation.
