I liked the positive and friendly attitude when I first applied for my loan with these people. But for some reason my bank refuses to let them take payments out from them. Probably a good thing. Anyway, I understand a phone call to remind the person hey your payment is late just checking to see when you can make a payment. I work a job like many others and my schedule doesn't perfectly fit to go by the store to make the payment in person. The attitude the constant 5 times a day phone calls just pisses me off and when you tell them hey stop calling my phone so many times I understand I owe a debt but the unprofessionalism in the manner yall are taking it to is unreal and not acceptable.

I dealt with Jeremy at the Lakeside location and he was phenomenal. I had trouble making payments on time as a flex schedule nurse and ultimately, my father had to help me. He came in and was firm with the staff but never used a “cuss” word and paid my debt, and left the establishment in good standing. I once again am having financial difficulties (as my regular client passed away) and visited the Williamson road facility. I agree with previous posts, these women are cruel, nasty, and hateful. I was actually berated by one saying “you’re a grown woman you need to learn to take care of your own accounts...I won’t have family members coming in here cussing at me.” My family is well educated, well mannered, and while my father was upset at the situation, I have never heard him utter a curse word in his life. To be berated like that in a time of need is extremely hurtful. They may come through with some cash but if you deal with the white trash women be prepared to jump through hoops

Worse place you could ever get a loan from. Took a 350.00 loan out paid 150.00 of it back within a week of getting it. It was told to me since I had paid before time that my loan pay off date was extended by a month (this was told to me by Amanda) went into the store today to pay and Kimberly tells me I've accumulated interest since it wasn't paid off sooner. After advising her what her employee told me and showing her the proof. I was told she couldn't help me. Not to mention the nasty attitude that came along with her poor service. She even stated that the employee was wrong and needed more training yet she still done NOTHING to correct the mistake! If I could give less then one star I would. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Oh and I almost forgot. The manager Kimberly also felt the need to threaten me with “I’ll call the police on you!” Went picked the phone up as if she was going to call. I could only assume she thought it would scare me. After I didn’t budge of fear hearing her threats. I had to call the police on her! Bad business. Racist workers!
