Good luck getting through on the phone. I had a prescription sent and was told they would get all necessary documents, they were notified that same day that it needed prior authorization and waited 10 days until I called them to bother contacting my insurance for prior authorization. Now here I am a week later with no updates, waiting an hour just to be transferred from person to person on hold to see when they will ship my order that was sent to them over 3 weeks ago.

I Was getting my insulin pump supplys from this company but I had to move to a different supplier. Every time I would call I would spend an hour on hold to talk to someone who doesnt know their job. Customer service with them is very poor. If you have the option to use someone else it will probably be a much better choice.

Horrible company. They don't understand TriCare 4 Life, I verified coverage then I called CCS Medical back to inform them of my verification. I was interrupted, talked over and treated rudely by customer service rep. Run don't walk from this company.

I will definitely agree with some of the comments. This company most certainly misplaces paperwork and give out misinformation. I called in to check the status of a P.O. for an insulin pump. It was stated that they did not receive it. I asked the question did they need chart notes and the reply was that they received them. This made me realize that this company does not do good job at uploading nor handling of the paperwork. When I faxed the chart notes, attached on top of them was the P.O. form. So how could they get the notes but not the form? When it gets like this you have to refer out to other companies that take the same insurance as CCS.

I have been trying to get a Free style Libre monitor and pods since 2/14/23 They told me they need to speak to the Dr. and get paperwork. After 5 weeks, I went to the Dr's office and was there when he called and I watched the dr.'s office fax the paperwork. Called later to verify. Was told they still didn't have the paperwork. Talked to a supervisor. Was told it would take 24 hrs to process. Gave them till noon on Monday. This was a Friday. Later that day I received a text telling me they had the paperwork and in 2-3 business days I would receive a call to complete my enrollment. A week later, Nothing! Have filed a complaint with Medicare and Humana. Next step is the Attorney General in VA. They are not only incompetent, but also inept and outright liars, If you can deal with someone else, save yourself and do so. I hope they lose their contract real quick.
