The representative was nice but for a job that shouldve been $200 he wanted to charge me $988 and was using scare tactics for me to do a lot of add-ons and join their membership. Way over priced for a simple job.

Our water heater went kaput, so of course we called Southern Trust Home Services. Can't say enough good things about this company, their immediate response, highly professional technicians, not to mention the excellent quality of their work! Louis showed up first thing in the morning to address our water heater situation, clearly explained our options, helped us through some short term financing, and then went straight to work replacing our old water heater. He got the job done in just a couple hours putting in the new heater and making sure it was to code. He was very friendly and a pleasure to have in our house. Thanks again !! If I could give 0 stars I would. In the world we live in today I understand prices have gone up, but to replace our ac capacitor a part that cost maybe $14 I was charged $443 yes you read that right $443. This price was outrageous I have contacted other companies who stated the same thing. I will NEVER use your company oh thats right I have to because of lifetime warranty and you better believe I will be calling if anything happens to my gold plated ac capacitor but I will definitely NOT recommend your company ever again to anyone and if I could return the part to you I would gladly do that and get my money refunded. We had to make an emergency call early on a Saturday morning. The people at Southern Trust responded with courtesy and sympathy to our plight. I had a dispatcher call me back within 90 minutes of my first call to confirm that help was on the way. He said our technician would arrive between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. Robert called us around 1:30 to let us know he was on the way. He arrived at 2:00 on the dot. By 3:15, hed finished the repairs and we could relax.
