GFR repaired my foundation. They were the only company I called that didn't send a salesman out and the owner Chad came out. Chad was also onsite most the time managing the crew, but the crew was great none the less and didn't need any supervision. GFR was the only company that talked about permits and how to repair the foundation which requires a soils engineer, structural engineer and a city review with permit. Its tempting to repair something without a foundation but I would advise just hire GFR and they will take care of everything and leave you at peace knowing your home and foundation has been overlooked thoroughly and is in good hands when they leave.

I was in a pinch to sell my home and needed a retro fit done. GFR was able to quickly get engineering and install and inspected before the closing date. Thank you so much! Highly recommend, they have all the tools and know how!

Solid group of guys, enjoyable to work with. Was hard to tell who was in charge because the guys are trained so well. GFR poured a big foundation for me, they are the only company that does honest work. They care about the job, the setbacks, the UFER ground, the hold down locations. Very knowledgeable. I am very Happy with my new foundation appearance as well when forms were stripped
