I went there to use their print dept. for paperwork I needed asap because my cat knocked my printer off it's shelf and so it therefore broke. Anyways the print dept. was easy to find and easy to use with simple instructions that each printer had on it. I would definitely use this place again if I needed to.

Brutal to arrive at 9:15pm only to find the haven't updated their online hours to reflect they now close at 9pm.

This place has such amazing customer service. I was looking for a brother laser printer and after going to office max and dealing with not so great customer service this place was a breath of fresh air. As soon as I walk the cashier greats me and ask if I need help and if she could help or at least point me in the right the direction. Then holy moly get to the printer section and the guy there answers my million of questions helps me get the perfect printer and is able to help me get all of the other random stuff I need.

Deborah in the printing department was amazing!! I bought ID cards for our employees on a website and they came without the hole at the top to hang on a lanyard. I brought them in and she punched them perfectly! No charge. Always friendly and helpful. Love this store!
