Wow! I've not come across a company in a very long time that operates like Tom's Plumbing and Repair Too. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Prompt response to calls. Very good communication so there should be no surprises. Fair. Honest. I just can't say enough nice things about these guys. And, no, I'm not mom...just an overly satisfied customer who now has a quality plumber on speed dial. Thanks, guys, for the stellar service. You are a rare breed.

Recently moved into a house and found out the water heater wasn't working properly. We called Tom's Plumbing and Tom and Brian spent a good two hours trying to repair the water heater which was well past its useful life (it was nearly 20 years old). Tom didn't charge us for the attempted repair work and we scheduled a time to install a new water heater. Tom and Brian showed up on time and worked quickly to install the new heater. Tom also provided very helpful information about the plumbing in the home and Brian agreed to help with some other minor plumbing issues without charge. The tankless heater they installed is top notch, as are Tom and Brian, and the cost was very reasonable. Tom and Brian are professional, knowledgeable and personable. Not only did they do quality work but they were a pleasure to get to know. No doubt I will contact Tom's Plumbing for any future work. I am impressed and happy with the integrity and honesty by Toms Plumbing. I received a basic estimate over the phone for a faucet replacement and drain pipe repair, which is unheard of now days! The quote was much more reasonable than previous quotes I had received from other companies (which were over $800 and required a service fee for a tech to come out and look at it first). I was so thankful I didnt have to pay a service fee for them to come out and quote me for the repair, and that they are transparent with their pricing. Tom and Steve came out and diagnosed the leak as being caused by the cast iron and enamel sink rusting out around the drain. Steve took the drain apart and troubleshot the issue by trying various different options to ensure the pipe was installed correctly, but it was determined that the rusting had made the hole too big, thus the seal couldnt properly cover the opening, and so we need to install a new sink. I also asked Steve to look at our 16yr old hot water heater that was leaking from the valve. He quoted me for a repair vs a replacement, including the cost of a tank vs tankless and the prices were very reasonable. At the end I was prepared to pay the quoted price, but they said that since they didnt have to perform any repairs, I didnt owe anything. This blew me away, and I am extremely thankful for their honesty. We will be using Toms in the near future when we replace our hot water heater and any future plumbing needs! We asked for a bid to replace shower/tub combo. Never received written bid. Did receive a verbal one. After calling and asking for one a week later. Was explicitly clear that we are not contractors nor or we experienced in this department. That we would rely and pay for their expertise. The company was slow in responding. And completely lacked in explaining what needed to happen. Just got off phone with Tom the owner because they asked to meet and look at project again. Mind you they were supposed to complete project tmr. Was delayed until next week. No problem things happen. However he just told me he doesn't want our project because I should know what needs to be done. Not sure why we would hire someone and commit to a large sum of money to do it ourselves. We choose them to support local. Completely feel disrespected. We never even received a written bid. They seem like nice people. However we aren't looking for friends. We are looking for professionals.
