Super helpful service! Had water heating elements replaced a few years back. Called today when it stopped working again and they walked me through how to reset the water heater and get it up and running. Will use them if we need any plumbing services in the future!

M&M Plumbing saved my day and gave me hot water again. My water heater started leaking on Friday at 4pm. Called M&M and the earliest they could fit me in was Monday which was great because everyone else was Wednesday or later. I have heard great things about them from my friends and they weren't wrong. Met Rick and his sons. All were so nice and friendly. And they got my new water heater in and hauled away my old one real quick too. They seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions throughout the process. I highly recommend this family owned business if you ever need any plumbing services.

M&M was hired by my landlord to fix plumbing issues in my bath tub and replace kitchen faucet. They were prompt and communicated well. The guys were super nice and informative. Would definitely recommend.

Review
I wish I could give this company a good review. The good will they had with us is going away now that we’re over a year and problems with a bath remodel are still not fixed. We have a leak in the original work that is still leaking. So the plumber claimed it was parts we bought that are causing the leak. I thought he looked at the receipt but no, he didn’t. He just came up with that story to put me off I guess. I had to show the plumber my receipt as he and the company kept debating whether to take responsibility. Fortunately I do keep good records. They’ve questioned whether the bill was paid. Unpaid bills cause leaks? The plumber has come out, what, 10 + times now? He originally didn’t believe there was a leak. He’s changed his theories multiple times about why it’s leaking. There’s more I could say. I’ve come close to hiring a new plumber to just get it fixed but we paid a lot for this work. I’ve decided to go ahead and give this review since the plumber was just out and it’s still leaking. And he wanted to charge me for his time! If they ever fix the leak I’ll update. I just hope we don’t have other slow leaks in the plumbing that can’t be seen.
