Capitol City Storage

Location is clean, staff is friendly and very helpful however size was listed at 10x20 but measured at 9x19, they raised the rates and wouldn't price match a similar (and actually 10x20) sized unit nearby that was literally half the price. High priced and not worth it, the only reason I haven't moved out is because the work that it would take to empty the storage unit.

I highly recommend this facility! We got a GREAT rate on our unit. Very convenient, close to the 5 fwy. Clean and secure. Robert ,(in the office) was outstanding in his customer service ! Very helpful and thorough. He made the whole process fast and easy. Tell a friend !!

Safe, secure, and clean. Friendly staff. The only downside is the gate closes at 9 pm.

SAFE, SECURE & SERVICE with a SMILE!! This truly is the best storage facility in Thurston County! My family has been using this faculty for all of our storage needs for 11 years now and weve never had any problems whatsoever and have always had exceptional service. Robert is so kind and always has a smile on his face ready to help whatever your needs are, which is very rare these days. We appreciate that and will continue doing all of our families storage business here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking for storage to come here if you want a SAFE and SECURE place to store your things with an owner and staff that truly CARE.
