        Great experience! Viewing the reviews this store I was hesitant at first but Tommy Keifer and manager Jesse all made it a great experience and restored my faith in Sprint! The store seemed a little short staffed but the wait was worth it! 5 Stars!

        I went to 3 Sprint stores and left due to poor customer service experiences. I went to the Puyallup Washington Sprint store to cancel my phone and go with another carrier. But as soon as I I walked in I was so kindly greeted by Tommy one of your employees and had the most amazing experience. He was eager to help me look and find anything I needed as well as answered all my questions. No hesitation by helping me get set up with all my new devices and accessories. He spent 3 hours with us getting 3 phones and Tablet set up, by taking quality time, and transferred all my contacts to my new phone. He explained to me how to work, use my new accessories and was patient with me. I truly was blown away at Tommy's customer service and willingness to help us in all areas. I must say he changed my mind about Sprint and am glad I stuck with it Sprint making me a believer again. Thank You Sprint and Tommy for your fantastic! Customer Service.! Brenda.
