        Leroy Newton construction was my 3rd internship I completed during my college career at central Washington universities construction management program. The administration at LNC was imbedding their procedures and companies mission from my first day of my internship in the summer of 2022. Right off of the bat I could see them not only teaching me the ins and outs of the concrete industry but training me to be apart of their team in a full time position. LNC is a family run company, with all of them being in the industry for most of their lives and it shows. Leroy newton construction is very ambitious and a power house when it comes to complex, unique and innovative concrete projects.
