The technician arrived within the timeframe stated and completed the job within the hour. It was quick and friendly service. Pricing was competitive and my garage door is as good as new again. I will use their service again when looking to install a second garage door opener.

I highly recommend this company. Potentially larger ticket items are never fun, but especially when you don't much about the topic. I set-up an appointment for the very next day after initially connecting online. Eli, our service tech, was awesome! He was cordial, informative, positive, and he talked me through pricing and the process. The job was done quickly and I felt we got a very fair price. Eli was efficient and professional and all the company communication was perfect...timely, helpful, accommodating, and positive. Eli had everything needed for the fix in his van. This is my first time with this company, but I would recommend them to anyone with a garage door issue. I would definitely use them again. We have a larger two-car garage door. One day some brackets broke without warning. Eli was quick to point out a spring had broken and caused the other issue. He was able to share upfront the cost of needed parts and what the labor would be. He was in and out in less than an hour. Our door works perfectly again. Great company!
