Quick turnaround time, friendly staff, and top-notch service overall! We had an old and worn-out garage door. We always wanted to replace it, but couldnt find someone reliable who could do the job fast. Thankfully, a company like this exists. They were great in everything, from the service to the final results. The guy I talked to over the phone and the technician were both polite. We got a schedule immediately, too. Pricing was also more than fair. It was a pleasant and smooth experience with them, so if ever we need garage door assistance again, we already have a contractor we can depend on.

Our garage door was always problematic. I knew there might be some components there that needed replacement. It was going to be extensive work, so I was worried about getting a professional because it might be too costly. Luckily, I found this company. They gave a reasonable estimate for the project and offered to come within the week. I was happy to know that because I didnt expect they could squeeze me into their schedule. The technician came earlier and prepared. He performed the job efficiently and finished it on time. I decided from now on I will hire this company whenever I need something done for my unit.

I was not disappointed when I chose this company to install my garage doors electric opener. I didnt have a problem making an appointment with them, and they also sent their technician on time. We were satisfied with his work as he did everything quickly and efficiently. We will hire them again if needed!

I highly recommend this company. Potentially larger ticket items are never fun, but especially when you don't much about the topic. I set-up an appointment for the very next day after initially connecting online. Eli, our service tech, was awesome! He was cordial, informative, positive, and he talked me through pricing and the process. The job was done quickly and I felt we got a very fair price. Eli was efficient and professional and all the company communication was perfect...timely, helpful, accommodating, and positive. Eli had everything needed for the fix in his van. This is my first time with this company, but I would recommend them to anyone with a garage door issue. I would definitely use them again. We have a larger two-car garage door. One day some brackets broke without warning. Eli was quick to point out a spring had broken and caused the other issue. He was able to share upfront the cost of needed parts and what the labor would be. He was in and out in less than an hour. Our door works perfectly again. Great company!
