I can't get over how GREAT their customer service was on every level from scheduling the appointment (Robert), to the actual service tech that came out (Steve), to dealing with the needed repairs (Jeremy). As a new homeowner, I was completely uneducated on our septic system and Steve took the time to walk me through everything. Best of all, their pricing is competitive and they were honest about what repairs were necessary. Highly recommend!

Ran into a plumbing issue for the company I manage, the owner came out to take a look at what was going on since we had it dug up for the most part and recommended what he thought he should do. He got us on the schedule and they came out and fixed the problem the right way. The crew were nice and professional and knew what they were doing. The problem was fixed, looked good, and their pricing was lower then expected. Awesome and trustworthy people. Services: Pipe repair, Drain unblocking

Go with All Septic & Sewer. I have needed their help 3 times in the many years I lived in my Olympia home. Every time they have been awesome. Always up front with the price, always on time and very professional. Even helped me in a pinch within 24 hours of me calling. Great company.

The company owner (Robert) made a special trip out to my house to troubleshoot my high level septic alarm. He took a lot of extra time to explain how my system worked and he quickly found the issue. He went above and beyond to explain how it worked and how my family could change our water usage habits to take better care of our septic system. His goal was for us to be educated and take the best care of the system. It was obvious he wanted our best interest rather than promote expensive repairs to benefit his business. Easy to talk to and very professional and knowledgeable. I also spent time looking at their website and it has a ton of valuable homeowner information. Highly recommend this company. They came highly recommended from several members of a military spouse's group. Their quote beat other companies by 25%. Our parts came in on time, and the crew showed up as agreed. They replaced our septic pump, riser, and electrical equipment and were finished in 3 hours! Fingers crossed that we dont have any further septic issues. but if we do, we will surely call them again.
