I have purchased 2 futons from these folks and not only have the futons been great, 6 months later they remembered us from our last visit. I definitely recommend them.

This is a hidden jam for SofaBed-Seekers. My wife and I had shopped for sofa-beds for six months both online and local shops. We had been so disappointed there exist zero real furniture minded sofa-beds. Some are extremely expensive still they are not real beds with so poorly designed sofa cushions and frames. Once my wife found the place, we gave it a try on futons and stopped by the place early Fall 2017. The place is bit hard to find in Redmond and door is always locked. You should use the phone over the front door. Once I saw the their own-designed futons, I said myself 'This is it!' The furniture design is mind-blowing simple steps to be folded and flattened. Even this futon can be used as a recliner! (as I ordered twin futon with ottoman) I also use this futon as my main sofa when I watch TV and I feel actually better than many other regular sofas. This custom-made mattress is really comfortable. This looks real nice addition if you look for a sofa-bed. Surprisingly, the price is very right with this high-quality products! Amazing futons!

Are you looking for a God damn amazing futon, along with some of the best customer service you've ever encountered? Then Futon Factory is for you! I just got mine! Not only were there so many combinations of frames, arm rests, wood color, and mattresses, but I also got a bomb ass mattress cover as well! But what really sells this places futons isn't the amazing aray of choices, it's the employees. They were so friendly and helpful! The frames were all extremely sturdy and well made. Assembly at home was super straight forward and easy. So if you're looking to add a new piece of furniture to your apartment or home, you should totally check these guys out and help SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!
