They wouldn't make an appointment for me when I walked into a branch. There is no direct line to reach a particular branch. Their website is unusable on mobile. It takes forever to speak with a human on them phone. I was given incorrect information about my accounts when I called for assistance. The agent I had appointment with in person was not knowledgeable. I was not contacted when there was a problem with my IRA deposit. The only good things I can say about BECU is that they aren't evil like the major banks, and the agents I've dealt with have been generally pleasant. Please do not choose BECU for your banking needs. I regret that I have a CD with them and therefore need to have dealings with them for the next several years.

Customer service sent me to the bank to sign papers in person. The branch said, no, set up online banking and do it all online. There is no option on the online banking as they told me and now I have to return to the bank again to sign the papers in person, so frustrating, just driving around.

I came in because my credit card (which I always pay on a timely fashion) was declined at two stores. The person who greeted me was helpful. That was not the issue. The issue was from "Chastity" who proceeded to tell me I was "confused." There is nothing confusing about being declined at two locations. I felt like I had been mugged. There was no apology. I never received a notification in my phone that the hold had taken place even though they assured me that they had. Then, they asked me if I had seen my statement from June. That was random. This is September.  Things that make you go hmmm.....
