We ended up contacting their office towards the end of a workers comp claim for my husband. We initially tried handling as much as we could; got overwhelmed and saw their ad in one of the Coffee News flyers and contacted them. Met with Cathy to see if they could help; she was very upfront and said we had been doing fine so far but explained their costs if we chose to use them. She gave suggestions if we wanted to continue on our own. Since we had come so far we figured wed try to finish getting the claim resolved, but it was just getting more complicated - back and forth with attorney, paper work, etc. so we finally called them up to ask Paul Bryan to take over. Covid happened so we never got to meet with Paul but he did a great job; worked out a decent settlement and we found everyone in their office (which also includes Juliet handling the main desk) to be professional, friendly and always got back to us in a timely manner. We are happy with how everything turned out and appreciate the help they've given us.
