We were rear-ended and I was significantly injured. Although we did everything we were supposed to, the various insurances involved were making everything difficult and confusing. Eventually we realized we needed to engage the legal system. We came to David unsure of what to expect, having never been in such a situation before. He was friendly and understanding, which was a significant comfort in a very stressful situation. He believed he could help us, so we hired him. Although it took more than a year of legal and insurance "games", in the end David was finally able to get the involved parties to pay what they were obligated to. I was also able to get the necessary medical care. Thank you, David--this never would have happened without your help and experience.
