We worked with a Kelly Right real estate agent that became disgruntled after we purchased a home without his assistance. We were not under contract with him to purchase a home, he was just the listing agent to sell our home. When we informed the agent Bob Calhoun we had purchased a home he IMMEDIATLY went off on me yelling, screaming calling me filthy names then stated he was coming to pick up his lock box. He picked it up then left the key to our home sitting right on the window ledge for anyone to see an use. Mr Calhoun then sent me a threatening text stating he would "make sure our home didn't close" and that's exactly what he did. Two days before we were set to close the title company who Mr Calhoun just happens to be very good friends with called an have some bogus excuse as to why our home would not close. When contacting Mr Calhouns broker, Joe Kelly who stated he owned Kelly Right agency he made excuse after excuse for his agent an refused to hold Mr Calhoun accountable, even going as far as to blame US. We could never recommend a real estate agency that feels it's okay to leave a clients home unsecured and feels one of their agents sending a threatening text is okay.  When posting a review on Kelly Rights social media page, four times now they have removed our negative review only leaving the 5 star reviews written mostly by other agents an brokers including Mr Kelly himself. To remove negative reviews an only leave 5 star positive reviews is misleading consumers into believing they have nothing but positive, happy clients when clearly they don't. It takes away feedback to aide consumers into making an informed decision on a realtor an agency to choose. Don't be misled by Kelly Right and its associates!
