My husband and I are first time home buyers and they walked us through the entire process with exceptional knowledge and grace. Hello from MN! Yes, I said it, MN. Aaron and Krista Farr helped us secure our first home here in MN and we cannot thank them enough. My wife and I previously lived in the Spokane, WA area and my wife attended OTF Northside and had ran into Krista a lot. Through Instagram they were connected and my wife had hoped to work along side Krista one day to purchase a home in WA. Long story short, we had ended up in MN due to career changes. We were finally in the process of looking for a home and did not have a great experience with a realtor out here. Lets just say, never submit your earnest money without a signed contract from the sellers. We felt defeated and discouraged. My wife had reached out to Krista for advice and knew that they were well connected all across the US. Well, Krista had connected us to our realtor, Jami Fritz out here in MN and we knew from the moment we met our realtor that the Lord had everything aligned for us. Hello from MN! I cannot thank the Farr group enough for what they have done for our family. My husband and I previously lived in Spokane, WA and I had run into Krista at OTF northside. I had hoped to work along side her in hopes of purchasing our first home in WA. Long story short, we had career changes that landed us here in MN. After renting for 3 years and 2 kids later, we realized that we needed to set our family up for the future. We sought out a realtor through zillow and let's just say, we were not very pleased. I had reached out to Krista because I stayed connected with her through our transition here to MN and asked her for some advice or a referral of a great realtor in my area. Aaron and Krista go above and beyond! We had a very quick turn around from looking at homes to offering to being under contract after not having any sort of formal meeting beforehand. We said hey if youre not busy this weekend can you show us a few houses. We offered after that first day in a very fast process. They walked us through every step and made it so SIMPLE to go through home prep to sell, in a VERY short time span, and have been there every step of the way for helping us to sell our home and representing us in our home buying process! They are so knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, and just genuinely good, fun people to have in your corner in what is typically one of the most stressful times! We cannot praise these two enough for their continual hard work! They are unmatched and we highly recommend hiring them to be in your corner! You wont be disappointed!
