Working with Derek and Brian from the bid process to the day of tree work was a pleasure. They are friendly, have a great attitude and are very professional. They have done work at my 5 acre home 2-3 times and I've been happy with the results every time. They show up on time, have the proper equipment for the job, always have plenty of manpower, work safely and clean up all debris before they leave. I've used a handful of tree services in my years of home ownership and you won't find a better and more reasonably priced company than Eastside Timber & Property Development. I highly recommend them. I observed this crew take down two large trees in the neighborhood. Having used a competitor in the past (Evergreen), I was curious and wanted to leave a review to help guide consumers so that didn't experience the same negative issues I experienced when appointing a company. The crew quickly mobilized several of their vehicles and got to work. The crew appeared efficient , quick and professional. Their equipment was impressive and made short work of the job at hand. The site appeared clean afterwards.
I approached the crew afterwards for their contact details and wouldn't hesitate to request a quotation. I spoke to three individuals, they were friendly and took time to speak despite my awkward timing of approaching when they were clearly busy. In the meantime, il wait for their competitor to fix the fence they broke (2 years later)....

Super Star level performance for: quality, efficiency, price and customer service. Despite 5 or 6 other companies who took advantage of the busiest tree removal season and hiked up the price – Derek kept his original offer. Not only that, but they were on time and did their job well. I cannot express my appreciation for their excellent service and great attitude. All on site team members of Eastside Timber & Development were focused and I had a great experience with them. Derek and his Team are skillful, efficient and energetic, and got the job done without a hitch. Eastside Timber was amazing! They came out and took out 7 trees for us from our front yard, that's right 7! They were on-site on time each day and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up the road and surrounding area at the end of each day and cleaned up our yard at the end of the job. Couldn't be happier with the hard work these folks put in.
