Well, Just had a very upsetting call with this company.. He will not work with me because of my Landlord........ WTH is that all about.. It is my choice to choose my supplier as I pay for my Own L.P....

Have a doubt with this man has more money than he needs. 5 days later still hasn't called me back for a new install finally had to call again myself to get a run around I highly recommend to not do business with these people

After years of getting gouged by our local Co-op, we thought we'd give Hohls a try. They have never disappointed! Vern is a stand up guy that appears to have a vested interest in his company. When we first called to inquire, Vern answered the phone himself and answered all of our questions. He even offered to take all of the L.P we had in the "other" tank and transfer it free of charge. Many remember the time a few winters ago when L.P went sky high. We always pre purchase our allotment for the year ahead of time at a locked in rate. They usually deliver between 3 and 4 times until our allotment is used up. When other companies at that time weren't honoring contracts or were gauging customers, Hohls delivered our fuel on schedule (and without us asking) and with out any extra cost. This went along ways with us. (We locked in around $1.10 ish and it went up to over $5/ gal if I remember correctly.) It was around Feb/March that year, and our tank was starting to get low. We weren't in immediate danger of running out, but I'm not sure we could have made it through the rest of winter/spring without a delivery. Again if you remember, many area L.P suppliers were running out and weren't honoring their contracts. So, we called to thank them for the delivery and to see if we owed them anything additional. They said "Not necessary, they were simply honoring their contract." Also on a side note, if you for some reason don't happen to use your pre-purchased fuel up by the Spring, you can simply roll it over. This might seem obvious, but at the local Co-Op for example, you would lose it. (Very unfair!) A couple of other things we have noticed with Hohls. They keep their tanks up and apply paint regularly to keep them looking nice. Also, they tend to have very competitive prices especially if you pre-pay on a contract. So, I highly recommend this company if you're looking for a fair price and quality service.
