Worst bank ever, my little sister needed a check cashed no help at all we had to run back home and get her social AND birth certificate oh and guess what they still didn’t cash it mind you she’s 14 so her check was only $45 she was devastated not having an account there anymore..

CORPORATE D BAGS, poorly trained personal, will call you back to sign you up for fees but NEVER get a calls back , stay away , went to a diff bank and it has been great

Not a fan. They took over the bank in River Falls that I signed up with roughly 20 years ago. Eventually, they shut down the bank in River Falls. For some reason, they kept three locations in Hudson, but decided that River Falls was not worth keeping. All accounts were moved to one of the Hudson locations. This broke all my existing auto-pay agreement with my various providers. I had to re-submit account opening information several times as it was apparently a requirement to "open" an account at the new branch. Eventually, they decided to close my accounts with no explanation. I have to think that this was due to the continued screw-ups about "re-opening" the account, but there was no reason given, and when I asked specifically what this was about and why, I got an obvious series of canned answers like "we reserve the right to close an account for any reason or for no reason". Went to Wells Fargo and they opened a savings account, checking account, safe deposit box, and credit card in roughly an hour. They haven't asked me to re-sign up again, (and again, and again, and again) and then closed my accounts yet after closing my local branch while keeping 3 branches in a town 8 miles away. So, they're one up in my books compared to Associated Bank.
