        After a recent hailstorm, Brian Pechacek came out to help us with the repair. Brian also assisted with the insurance company when they did the appraisal. However before and afterwards Pechacek stopped all communication requests, his email and voicemail were unresponsive. We were left hanging for more than a month and finally had to contact another contractorThis seems to be a pattern with contractors in River Falls. They don't care at all about their customers.
