Nope! We closed all our accounts held by Old National about a year ago, and even refinanced the house. We endured several accounting errors, duplicate payments, web page malfunctions. This was especially true of online scheduled payments for mortgage, car payments, where the web page and their phone system said there were no pending transfers, but there were. They were less than stellar in their willingness to believe it was on their end, not ours. We had to go in person several times. The local staff were nice, but solutions they brokered didn't necessarily stick. Despite having closed our accounts, we are still getting email alerts that our balance is low. As far as banking goes, you can do better... and so could they.
Edit 9 months later: Old Nat, you are STILL sending monthly emails telling us there is a problem transferring money to our mortgage and escrow, which have been closed for over a year. I have already called told you this was happening many moons ago, but you are still trying to transfer money. You are a bank, a position of trust. I hope you would wonder why the efforts to transfer money between accounts that don't exist has not worked out so well.

This branch is very helpful but the overall company has issues. I have had two frauds issues on my account within 2 months. And they charge me the service fee even though I have direct despot set up. Whatever you do don't go with Old National
