        The service is very poor. The bathtub was cloged. The elevators didn't work. There is no one at the Reception area, no employees to be found. This place looks like a goost town. The Property Managent, Watercrest Investment is doing a poor job at this property. They refused to refund the money after not delivering a decent room for a monthly stay.

        This is a lovely piece of Milwaukee history. It's a little rough around the edges, but Watercrest Investments does a good job responding to issues that come up.
