The owner John, is very rude and disrespectful! We had a situation where a driver misunderstood what I was saying and she cancelled my kids ride for the day. I called him and he told me that he has more important things to worry about and that he wasnt gone sit on the phone and listen to me go on and on about how my kids dont have a ride home from school! So my kids were stranded at school until he decided to send a van for them. I work at an hospital so unfortunately I wasnt able to leave and go pick them up, Im just happy the school helped me get them home. But the owner is very nasty and will yell and over talk you to where you cant get one word in.

do not use this company at all. no matter how you follow the policy the owner will swindle you. he wants to say that you have between a certain time to cancel but not adhering to the fact that when a day falls on a weekend or a holiday that the next business day applies. contacting my attorney today because of this so called concrete policy. the owner was also rude and arrogant he had the galls to say " i wanted to be a doctor but i'm not and you should've proof read your email but didn't" (human error happens but he has no heart just looking to make money) i give it one star because at least the drivers were nice to my son. but i would NEVER recommend this company for anyone you are better getting an uber/lyft everyday for your child. Its sad to say that I would've used this company next school year but i won't because of an arrogant owner who has a monopoly on an industry and taking people money for things not under their control like school closings ( you have to still pay for that day fyi)
